After failing on few attempts with popular brand of lawn seeds, started looking for alternates. This one had an excellent review and price was reasonable. Prepared the soil bed, spread the seeds and then spread a thin coat of soil and water it.

This is the worst outcome I have ever had with grass seed. I’ve always had germination in the past with other seeds. So disappointed, a big waste of money and effort!.
